Had a comfortable stay at this hotel. Room spacious and clean. Staff is very accommodating. Requested to change the room and upgrade is very easy and quick. Get a very good assistance from the reception staff when I accidentally left my laptop cable in the seminar room. Very quick action in locating the cable and keep it safe until I manage to collect it. Thank Mr. Amirul.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staffs were nice, the room was clean. We put up a 'clean room' sign at 1.00pm and the room was cleaned when we were back. It has a tv with a good signal, which we didn't expect actually.

The room is comfy and clean. got 3 towel and soft fluffy pillow. have TV, okay. Location is great, near Billion hypermarket and easy access to food. Have lift. My room is on level 4 which on the same level with the dining hall and swimming pool so make things easier. Toilet amenities provided consist of soap, cotton bud, sanitary pad disposal bag and laundry bag. Breakfast is so good with wide varieties of food, buffet style. Breakfast is included in the fee for 2 person but if you have more person/children can pay at the restaurant for the extra person. RM18 for adult, RM12 for child. Swimming pool just beside the restaurant.

So comfortable,clean & spacious room. Easy to access, lift provided, strategic location in the city & very convenient for us. Many restaurant nearby and can go for shopping else well at the Billion Supermarket nxt door.

Staff friendly, location very good near Shopping Mall & eating stall. Very convenient. Breakfast sedap, walaupon selection tak banyak.
